Budget] rm4k - 5k (including win 8.1 or win 7 )

[Purpose] Gaming

[Hardwares that will be re-use] Monitor

[Monitor resolution] 1080p (Might want to go into 1440p in the future)


[Personal preferences]
-GTX 980
-intel i7 4690k ,
-16gb of ram
-120 gb of ssd and 1 tb or 500gb of HDD

1 more thing does the MotherBoard that sifus suggest comes with built in wifi cause i may need one. tyvm

Theres one more thing thats bugging me. Do you suggest intel i5 4690k or intel xeon e3-1231 v3 .

Can you guys explain to me about hyperthreading and multithread. I read up about the 4690k, Is it better than xeon if its overclocked?

Another thing if i may ask. Im still thinking about gtx 970 vs 980. Eventhou gtx 970 have better price per value than gtx 980. I ve heard some nasty rumor about it.
