128GB ssd sufficient?  Welp i planned on getting 256,but idealtech gives leadtek gtx 970 hurricane + 128gb = 1499, do i really need 256gb?

I'm using i5-3470. Is the difference between i5-4460 and i5-3470 noticeable? I might use my current one if it's just a slight difference.
Is using a single 8GB RAM better than 2 4GB RAM?

I am looking to upgrade my motherboard and processor.

Currently i am using the following sets

MOBO : Asus P7P55-M
Processor : Intel Core i5 750
RAM : Kingston Hyper X 1600 4gb x2 + old Kingston ram 2gb x2
Graphic : Radeon R9 280X Toxic version
PSU : Seasonic S12II 620W
Casing : Cooler Master HAF 912 Advanced

I feel that my motherboard is at its bottleneck because my graphic card capability can actually be much higher..
and my processor is kinda old.

any good recommendation? I am looking at around 400-500SGD (currently in Singapore) upgrade, so would appreciate if I can have some input and why do u think the motherboard + processor is a good upgrade for me.

I am looking at upgrading my motherboard to be a mother board that is capable of upgrading in future, as compared to the current one which can't even support the new i7.

Here's the case:

The things I always use on my computer are GOM player and Mozilla firefox. Recently, I noticed sometimes when playing video files (something like youtube vidoes at 36p) it lags/hangs. When it happens, I saw the Mozilla used up 50% of my cpu alone. I could solve it by restarting the Firefox. And then it happened again. Normally, Firefox only uses 3-5% cpu. Sometimes it happened 3 or 4 times a day. It really shows (the lag/hang) when I try to forward/backward the GOM player file that I was playing. Really frustrated you know? So why is that?
I am using the latest Firefox and GOM player. I also noticed that that the current release of Firefox could hang sometimes when I use it alone. I updated, still the same, maybe I just have to downgrade to several version before?

So what do you guys think? Need a cpu upgrade?

Wahh, 4gb still not enough? RAM really low in usage afaik.. If normal performance, Firefox only shows 0-3% of cpu.. Currently ram 1.62GB usage..

Since still have spare balance, I will push for a H97, more modern, extra features, 4 ram slots and support Broadwell (just incase there's a need for upgrade in near future).
