QUOTE(fhy88 @ Apr 6 2015, 08:48 PM) I am not sure how to compare MCT between ioi property, eco world and sp setia. I did some research about MCT, they have quite a lot of project at Cyberjaya and complete a lot of project before. Actually MCT consider as established developer or not? I am just too new to property talk. i prefer buy SPSetia, Eco or Gamudaland project..

QUOTE(CHEROK33 @ Apr 7 2015, 10:19 AM) MCT was listed on the main market as a result of a reverse takeover with GW Plastics, a company who wanted to change their line of business from packaging to property development. I think the original MCT was going for an exit. QUOTE(brensek @ Apr 7 2015, 10:22 AM) MCT no money or to many debts to cover many projects. So they listed to raise capital and to provide a market in their shares and in return receive money to develop the business. To me, these are two different stories already.

QUOTE(C31 @ Apr 6 2015, 06:24 PM) Will insurance cover for sinking house? If yes then worth buying. If sink insurance pay. What to worry? I just got some info from my insurance agent, actually insurance cover sinking house, the rate is RM80++ for every RM100k annually. Touch wood if the house is sink or any damage due to sinking, then insurance will pay for you. So let say RM500k, then you pay RM400++ per year, quite reasonable.

House sink insurance pay. Losses min.

QUOTE(C31 @ Apr 8 2015, 07:01 AM) Thats great. Now we min the risk. House sink insurance pay. Losses min. I would say need to check further the condition(s) of coverage. Maybe there are clauses which will escape the coverage. For example, maybe sinking foundation due to earch quake or " "natural" soil movement is not covered. Maybe only cover it if due to pipe burst or something. Insurance coverage always has all sort of conditional statements.

i'm a bit skeptical actually so easy all the unit been sold out? All unit loan also approved? But actually 18'x65' is indeed quite small. Phase 2 will be 20'x70' unit but price 630k+ as per told by the SA.
