If you are driving from the site towards Cyberjaya, take the next exit which is one or two minutes away where you would easily notice the high cables are going to the direction towards the site, not to pinpoint accuracy though I suspect it can be sighted somehow from Cybersouth.

1. I dunno if there is near high tension. But I saw the area floor plan look like no high tension cable near the lake.
2. The ex mining area. The developer claimed that on top of the soil they built a foundation base. Should be strong. Better than other developer just built your house on the ground without foundation base level.
3. The house is without fencing, but your unit is "individual title" not "strata title" , so you can do whatever you like as long the MPS approved if you going to rebuilt the whole house. Building fencing not a problem, slight extension also ok.
4. Yes. Guarded and gated with around RM100 per month. First year free.

You still not able to see the site, because they are currently making a road in.

Cybersouth is a good area where you are near to Cyberjaya, Putrajaya and KLIA. Not far Not Near...gam gam hor (just nice)

Went to the sales office (perhaps one out of the several) at Jaya One around noon last Friday, spent a very brief time. This was after several invites about a nice development without knowing it's Cybersouth, and after a couple of weeks after agents urged to come quickly as they are selling very fast.

I think I will agree with most ppl here... it's wiser to just stay out.

I book a unit of GreenCasa and i have been checking this thread for many days. I feel worry of buying GreenCasa but the price of GreenCasa is really attractive. All the way we are worry about ex-mining land, but how about D Island and other projects where built on top of ex-mining land?

One of the SA told me that Phase 1 is partially solid land. Please check the attachment where i using google earth to capture green casa land history since 2004, at the end i found that those unit facing lakeside all is reclaimed after 2014.

I did ask some document support from MCT about what technology they use to build the foundation but they said no such document.

One of the SA told me that MCT is going to develop the entire township for at least 10 years, so they wont simply build something that will spoil MCT reputation.

I dont think even the dev can forecast what and how much they will pour in except promises, promises and more promises.

I believe it depend on market confidence. If it dont sell well, thats it.
