I just want to ask.
How long it take to received the cashback for the first time HSBC CC application and swipe RM1000?
As told by the salesperson during registration the card I entitled for this programe if I swipe more than RM1000 within 2 months is not mistaken.

Wants to know too.
When I collected my card at HSBC Amanah Ampang Point last month, the staff told me if I swipe RM1500 within 30 or 60 days (can't remember), I'm eligible for RM250 cashback

I have applied my hsbc lazada december last year. But then, it was just approved in last month. But now, i still dont receive the card because it's lost somewhere.

I have asked CS to replace and i will collect tomorrow at Pusat Bandar Damansara branch. Am I still entitled to get RM 500 evoucher since i applied it december last year?

Normally it's still applied as the replacement card was not considered as new application.
However, you may call up CS to confirm.

Yes i meet the criteria.
I suspect its because i didnt give the latest salary slip. Havent collected the previous month salary slip when applying.

Thinking of applying again. Would it be too soon to try again?

applied and submitted my documents via email last month 29th, to get lazada promo.
funny the person call and ask about my details to fill the form for me, instead of send form let me fill myself.
now no news at all, funny.
at the same time i applied ambank VS, last week already got my cards, they direct issued VS and plat master for me.
Talk about bank happy to have customer..

now increase to need to spend rm 2000, last time i only need to spend rm 1500.00

seems like anyone can apply even existing card holder. i think they are keeping up with the rest. SCB also RM2000 for RM200 cashback

According to T&C its not only for new to bank. Only those who are currently participating in other concurrent credit card sign up promo is excluded. I have VP and applied for VS during the last promotion period. Received 500 voucher although existing customer.

4. The following Cardholders are excluded from this Promotion:
a. Cardholders who cancel their Participating Credit Card/-i(s) within three (3) months from the date of approval of their Participating Credit Card/-i(s)’ application;

let say i cancel my hsbc card last year around june

if i apply for new hsbc card, can participate for the lazada 500voucher?
