hsbc running 2 promotion currently, lazada 500 voucher and cash back 288. are they exclusively or they can be obtained simultaneously? I am looking at the VS for lounge access.

applied and submitted my documents via email last month 29th, to get lazada promo.
funny the person call and ask about my details to fill the form for me, instead of send form let me fill myself. now no news at all, funny. at the same time i applied ambank VS, last week already got my cards, they direct issued VS and plat master for me.
