We regret to inform that the maximum Cash Back on Petrol and Groceries under the HSBC Amanah Cash Back Programme 2017 has been fully awarded.
Therefore, starting from 1 November 2017 to 31 December 2017, all spend on Petrol and Groceries of any participating merchant will not be awarded with Cash Back from Programme Offer of up to 8%. Nevertheless, Eligible Cardholder will continue to receive Cash Back from Core Product Feature of 0.2% on all local retail spend including Petrol and Groceries in accordance with the Terms and Conditions*.

Called HSBC today to lower the SMS transaction alert to RM1.00.
They tell me it is not possible, and the minimum is RM100.00.

OMG totally same here! I submitted mine on 24 Nov for the Visa Infinite card, and until now also still "pending final approval". They asked me to call the sales department today if still no action by last Friday. So I called just only, they said that "Oh miss, it's still pending". Adui.. of course I know still pending.

So they said they need to ask their superior to see who is the agent in charge, and they will call me back by 5PM today, if not ask me to call them back.

I called the number you stated 03-20599930 this morning. This number was given to me by the call center. The call agent asked me to call to the tele marketing directly to ask.

I called tele-marketing, they took down my number and told me they will call me back but they didn't.

I am losing patience. Right now, I just want some closure. Whatever that is ~

Hey all, when did HSBC remove their 1000 air miles for 3000 points? I have a Premier World MasterCard and have accumulated all my points for more than 2 years. And finally when I want to redeem my points there's no more such promotion?

Lazada voucher requires RM1k or RM1.5k for those that applied before they changed the T&C? My last transaction that made my spending above RM1k was exactly on the date the T&C took effect.

have you called hsbc inform them u have spent 1k?, try ask hsbc when will you get the 500lazada voucher code
as long as you applied the card before the T&C in effect should be safe.
