done spending RM1000 in just 2 weeks. anyone know do i need to wait till 2 months only can get the lazada voucher?
*
if based on the t&c, it should be around 4 month time. first 60 days for the transaction period & another 4-8 weekes for the voucher to be issued.

HSBC balance transfer is a rip off, opted 0% over 3 mths and end up CS called up to confirm saying that outstanding balance cannot enjoy 20 days interest free and will be charge 18% interest per annum. Imagine 1k outstanding balance would attract at least RM15 interest charges

Luckily they called up and i cancelled off the deal sweat.gif

Anyone already used the lazada voucher?
Is it only can use on original price item, or discounted item?
I see almost no item is selling with original price, all mark up and discounted.

The 'no 20 days interest free' condition is on the balances of your outstanding if you swipe your card. That is what explained to me earlier.

Hi Guys,

i couldnt find any info saying that 1st year Annual fee is free for visa platinum / visa signature, can anyone confirm on this?  as i am thinking to apply for lazada voucher :-)
*
not sure for new card.

i have both cards, conventional (not amanah).

my platinum is free for life with no condition - i got black&white from hsbc. this is maybe because they upgrade me from gold card previously (and this is like, 10 years ago?). every year during the month of AF, i will got sms from hsbc stated my AF is waived.

for signature, they give me since 2012 via phone. i ask for them to give it free for life same as my plat, but the cs unable to offer that. instead, he ask me to call every year ask for waiver.
so what i do is, every year after annual fee appear in my statement, i will call them ask to waive.
but! never get simple waiver. usually got condition, like swipe 3x (any amount) then only waived it - and i'm ok with that.

plat - use at 8x points in MY
sig - use oversea for 10x points

Hi, I had the online portal access for HSBC last time but didn't log in anymore after I terminated my card.

Recently, I have acquired a new card and I am unable to register a new portal account. I have forgotten my my password for the old access and I need to go to branch to get it reset and settled.

Question: will I still be getting the paper statement? The branch near my place is closed and I dont think I need the online portal.

Hi,

Can share with us is there any restriction for the Lazada evoucher given by HSBC?

Can I use it to purchase multiple items total with RM500 and check out using the voucher code? or I can only use it to purchase one item only?
