Do u wait 6 months to apply? any idea why got rejected previously? owe too many outstanding? criss no good?

6 months, they are very strict. But they might wasting your time as they will spending 30 min to ask the info and then later tell u that u can only apply after 6 months if u did applied previous. I just wonder why they cannot up front check and tell u u cannot reapply before 6 month after the previous attempt is failed.

The 12months BT is offer from HSBC? Any minimum amount? I thought only cc usage of 1k and above can get RM500 voucher, didn't expect BT also can get

New to Bank customers...
The agent told me the BT is consider as transaction in the credit card, thus entitled for the Lazada voucher without spending

Wow good news, will find out when i get my card ( i also applied for the lazada voucher ), do I need to call them to get the offer? I only saw 3months 0% BT on their webpage for new customer

So fast you get email to ask you upload those document needed? The CS told me within 14 working days.

No doubt within 3 mins they called you after you submit your details online. But after get all info from me, she said if approve i need to submit all those document...wonder my application is failed since already 2 days but yet to get any email.

Yes, BT consider as one of the criteria to get those Voucher, I think only HSBC can made this true.

Of course there is reason behind, once you use your card on BT, remember don't use your card for other purchase, or else you will not entitle for 20 days free interest period for all your retails spend. You need to pay each of your transaction on the same day to avoid interest charge which will be calculated by day.

Sigh! My application is still pending until now, i have applied it on 28th mar 17 for 12mths bt 0% but until yesterday i called the cs he said my status is still pending. Its almost like a month, and my other card payment due date is around the corner. Is it a standard time frame waiting for the aprroval?

I get my card on Jan17 and take BT 5.6k, still haven't received cash back also..

please send an email to omplaints@hsbc.com.my. according to the T&C, it should be credited within 2 months upon meeting the spending condition[U].
i have done 6.8k on 25 of Dec but until today still haven receive the cash back. already sent an email to complaints. this is really terrible!!

anyone received the cash back promo Dec to Feb yet?

I'll give them till next month since it's stated 8 to 12 weeks after end of promo.

I have yet to receive my card, HSBC sent me SMS telling me that my card is OTW ( 14th April )
