hi experienced HSBC card holders , how long does it normally take to approve a card after submission of online documents ?

Yes, surely you can contact CS to refund the additional amount transferred. However, you can also use it to offset your spending.

Since there is no spending limit, i just spent RM6.00 to qualify 'any spending' last month.

Today, i receive an email offering me RM500 lazada voucher for spending with new HSBC card.
Yes, RM500 for spending RM6.00!

Did you apply from HSBC website under Lazada promo? Or Ringgit Plus?

I thought need to spend RM1500 within 60days to get RM500 Lazada e-Voucher?😂

I applied under HSBC Lazada promo.

That's what I thought, too. But a RM500 came instead of RM300 is a surprise. Haven't found anything I want to get yet... so can't test if it's actually RM500. biggrin.gif

Somehow I don't understand why HSBC requires cardholders to register via SMS for all the promotions.
