As u can see they done the capping at international level, i believes every connection in the country have to go through tat capping b4 they reroute us to the rest of the world. And yes, most asian country dont really give a damn to the ranting of the customer. U can rant all u wan, all they will reply is tat u can stop using the broadband service if u wan. But trust me, every1 will eventually forget about it after some time.... in tis case it makes no different at all. After perhaps few months from now, u guys will give up complaining to tmnet!
