i cant see any way to bypass the throttling. As u can see they done the capping at international level, i believes every connection in the country have to go through tat capping b4 they reroute us to the rest of the world. Yes there is a lot of channel out there but they are own by our tmnet (correct me if im wrong)

And yes, most asian country dont really give a damn to the ranting of the customer. U can rant all u wan, all they will reply is tat u can stop using the broadband service if u wan. They dont really care if they lose customers from the minority of the minority. The best part about malaysian is, when a new issue arises, every1 will make a big fuss about it. But trust me, every1 will eventually forget about it after some time.... in tis case it makes no different at all. After perhaps few months from now, u guys will give up complaining to tmnet!

u believe.... so how many of us actually called to customer service n enquire till they get to talk to someone who has authority (eg. someone incharge like the manager etc...) like 30% of the normal user will call the customer help line. 10% will actually get to hear from the auto reply machine, 5% more wil actually demand that they need to talk to some1 incharge. so the chances tat they will consider ur demand is like less than 0.01% from the total user of tmnet broadband?
