One seller out of 182 is too less than 1% representation.

Merrydale South Garden has already been soft launched, but not all are opened, only 4 blocks (8 rows) next to the reserved land for tapak dewan/ tadika/surau which comprises 8A, 8B and 8C.

I didn't ask much - just noted that 8B starting should be RM748k. 8A someone shared earlier that RM726k.

just looking at merrydale's layout 8B (20*75) vs 8C (22*70)

tough tough choice though.... din't notice the soft launch too (just visit there on sunday)

Was told that the South Garden will be priced higher than the North Garden for the same types (8A and 8C) - don't ask me how much as I really didn't ask much...

You intend to buy one?

Yeah.... I think should be quite high chances getting it...but....go for Type 8C or 8B... Hmmm ....Dilemmas lol...

Din't notice the launch on 20*75 on last sunday visit...as i just lepak at SEH and EM with my cousin to properly view this two projects and planning....

As for pricing will contact the SA, thx for info mate
