Substantially, almost every 2-3 months increased 1 time, and released few to 10+ units each stage, late buyers would be suffer similar stage like Z Residence, almost quite similar situation, where very early birds bought theirs at RM 320-340 psf, gradullay incrased at many stages and meanwhile late buyers all got above RM 550 psf months before VP and even RM 650 psf recently after VPed, however, subsale only RM 500-570 psf depending sizes. Not a good idea if increase the price too high by many stages.

I wonder how the precedents of purchase due to land is yet to VP and I think the seller collect 10% as stakeholder but he has to pay the subsequent progressive interest until VP and deliver it to the new buyer. I still to say, very bargain buy for the new buyer at RM 150 psf for this good lot and almost macam DIBS ( if condition S&P now ) and receive the vacant land upon VP 2 years later. lol
