I was interested to buy a Gentlebre lot and one of the regulars here pm me that he has a unit. It has been nearly a year and I am still waiting for his offer.

I searched in iproperty but cannot find any Gentlebre advertisement.
If Gentlebre's selling price is RM150 psf, then the price has not moved on par with Arroyo's. I think the 10% rebate will be paid after VP which is in another 2 years time. |

Taste and aroma has yet to form completely. This place can hit 250 PSF in time to come, surely not these few years.Guess his friend is not interesred. But out of 178 units only one advertisement.
