For thise privilege buyers and loaded with cash, both were definitely a good collateral to hold for long term capital appreciation. As good as commie.

Stratified development, GST exempted from the monthly maintenance fee.

Lets see how by 2017 and 2018 whether current fee is promising enough to run the maintenance by then.

I was interested to buy a Gentlebre lot and one of the regulars here pm me that he has a unit. It has been nearly a year and I am still waiting for his offer.

I searched in iproperty but cannot find any Gentlebre advertisement.

If Gentlebre's selling price is RM150 psf, then the price has not moved on par with Arroyo's.

I think the 10% rebate will be paid after VP which is in another 2 years time.

I guess you keyed in Gentlebre in your search that's why nil result returned. Searched Eco Majestic then you will get the ads I saw.

7997ft = 2437.5m
7997 square foot = 742.946 square meter

He said the unit was his friends. I guess our forummer here could be a middleman.

Guess his friend is not interesred.

But out of 178 units only one advertisement.

This reinforces my thinking that Gentlebre is a best buy.

A bit to premature to sell Gentlebrew now. Fermentation is not complete yet. Taste and aroma has yet to form completely. This place can hit 250 PSF in time to come, surely not these few years.

743 sq metre.

Based on this size, this plot would be a good plot of facing and location.

Perhaps u call the ad and see.

I still doubt if the owner trying to flip it at only RM 150 psf now while there are long way to VP and asking price would be higher by then.

Very hard to define it at this stage.

This is pre-VP asking price at very middle stage of construction or handover.

1 plot of asking price really unable to determine whether it is on par with Arroyo or not.

Should be West south or east north
