Oic, you have purchased the clover home? Mind to share the price and size?

Merrydale is a nice unit indeed, if you have budget constraint, perhaps can consider the DSL in Setia Ecohill as well. Good luck on your hunting...

Ecohill new phase of 20 x 70 has better entry price (Begonia design offers built up areas of 1,936sq ft for prices starting from RM598,000. Bellucia offers 2,025sq ft starting from RM615,000, and Bartonia 2,089sq ft from RM632,000 onwards). Ecohill also still have the 22 x 75 units (saraca - starting 673,000, 2065 sqf buildup), but with very limited unit now coz mostly sold out already.

However, Ecohill DSL is individual title, fenced and guarded, and does not have the spectacular central park as in Merrydale. Material spec wise I think Merrydale one will be more superior, which justify the higher price of Merrydale unit.

If you are EM purchaser, wait for the postcard deliver to your home. Using the postcard, can redeem 2 seated tickets.

If you are non-EM purchaser, register in ecoworld website (wait till they finish prepare it), print it out and redeem for 4 standing tickets.

First come first serve basis.

My question is:

After 2015, rate = BR + 0.45 (4.00 + 0.45 = 4.45 effective rate) <- valid or not valid?

Lol... it's a marketing plus "reward" event, the intention is "reward" the existing customer while creating the "hoo-hah" environment to attract more purchaser nia..

Last time the chopper ride event in SEH also serving the same purpose. Though direct discount would be the direct benefit for all the purchasers, but I think we need to understand and consider their marketing effort too..

Yeah, my taling get it last year, but unfortunately I don't get it, most likely last year they still not launching the EM yet.. But I got some from the SEH, nice angpao packet too..

Concert is based on ticket, I think it much more easier to plan and manage I presume, as they knew roughly the number.

Last time makan makan time, though on the invitation card say limited to 2 people, but I can easily notice that numerous people actually going in group, and of course EM won't say no and block them from entering the makan-makan hall..

Hopefully there will be a memorable concert night later...

Not sure if 3 phase wiring is stated in SPA.

However, its stated in SPA that they will provide 5 air-cond points and 3 water heater points.. With such specification, fairly sure it is 3 phase wiring, not make sense if it is single phase...
