I don't really believe in FengShui and have never attended JY's talk but since my wife is interested I will tag along

I am so surprise when Joey Yap told the interviewer that colour is irrelevant in fengshui, my goodness colour will affect one's emotion how come you said irrelevant.

Most of the celebrated fengshui expert make their millions via appearing in TV/Radio show (by paying advertisement fee ) then gain from selling books instead of doing actual fengshui audit.

Quite a decent good built up of 2500 sq ft for a land size of 22x80 under IOI. Good price and rebates.

But, if we buy into own stay, perhaps we should look further of the future development ans masterplan such as commercials, planning, amenities.

I study a bit on Bdr Puteri Bangi first before comment further. Bdr Puteri Puchong is a huge success but Bdr Puteri Klang is much slower pace esp no terms of commercials.

Agree bro 8C layout is just nice and not too much fancy and idea of a small room between level 1 hall way to master bedroom seems just nice for me to cave in and work overnight there

Sound like Chinese school in EM is a sure thing now. Yesterday was the second time I heard about this confirmation.

I really appreciate the effort EW put in into the landscaping. Planting something useful rather than just for the sake of planting. I think those who cook will appreciate the back garden more, imagine you can just pluck from your garden and cook? Better if it's a organic one. hehe

hahaha I bet u won't be using the same ingredient on daily basis gua...even if u do i think u can just walk next door to pluck. and so on until the whole taman get to know you hehe...not a bad idea as we can at the same time create some social activity with our friendly neighbors and hopefully by doing so we are back to our parents time where neighbors are our good friends 

Even better if each back garden can grow different type of vege then we can exchange. We then eat what we grow and promote a really healthy and liveable environment in a serene place.

Simple and happy life thereafter...
