Oh yeah EW has been maintaining close rapport with its buyers / supporters by having various talks and activities and keep on updating them with the marketing materials.

I do feel wanna to see what is going on at the construction area still.
perhaps photos of building progress, or landscaping job progress.
I wanna to borrow a Phamtom Camera and sky cam the progress....

I would rather they engage certain professionals to talk about technical aspects such as FS, banking, borrowing, strata title vs individual title, why we can't change the facade in strata title properties, can we Repaint the house to Barney favorite color, DSR, GST, landscape, pros and cons of certain plants, why they are selected, etc....

Those property guru talks don't really appealing to me. What about you?

Ya loh... last time when EW asked for buyers comments in their customer satisfaction survey I also raised this... haiz.

Next time going to EM must complain to the SA already...

i heard fr a buyer that so far only 20% payment made for tenderfield (inclusive 10% for s&p)

EM Lekas Interchange progress as at today....

Both connecting side already in shape... the middle part should be starting soon..

Bro Sam. Thanks again your lekas EM interchange photos which tell thousand words. I recall em released a lot photos on progress of red carpet bridge. Swan lake. Round about and show houses and street landscape infra. And done excellent progress timely and they were continue to do so in next subsequent phases. Included progress photos of current phases for building up existing and potential buyers confidence then easy introductory and reference pm.

I think should be still long way to go.
1st phase handover earliest also Q2/Q3 2016.
Hence, EM link should take another years to complete.

Similar to SEH, the link is expected to be ready before they deliver the VP of 1st phase of their project - Cradleton.

Yeah, by right they should upload all the progress photo in the EM website, and not only during the talks only..

But one thing for sure SEH and EM are collaborating to improve the infra around Semenyih/Beranang area for the benefits of the residents..

If following this progress, I think we no need to wait long to see the completion of this interchange...
