After working >5 yrs my weight has slowly increased but the main problem is that the weight isnt evenly distrubted. My fat doesnt grow sideways but mainly around the tummy area
How to get lean and flatten the tummy? Do same as people trying to reduce body fat % or must do something different?
Is strength training or cardio better in my case? Or split 50/50?
