QUOTE(Double_Ace @ Sep 2 2011, 08:29 PM) It seems to me tha price for having braces is very sensitive here. ... CherrieLuv, Double_Ace and many have raised the questions on what is the market price base on different type of braces... Unfortunately. .. seems like nobody get the answer. ... |

Double_Ace, It is more of like a education institution cum dental clinic.. . http://www.imuhealthcare.com.my/index.php?...id=71&Itemid=96 As I was told, there is only one orthodontist at IMU. No harm to get more information from other orthodontist clinic.. . Let's gather some finding here. .. Aji.. |

T Low Dental at SS2 quoted RM5800 including 4 extractions.
Procare at Damansara Utama quoted RM5800 excluding extractions. PJ Orthodonthic at Damansara Utama quoted RM4800 excluding extractions. I've decided to do mine at T Low. The PJ Orthodontic's Dr left a very bad impression on me. Very rough while doing the consultation and half the time he was busy talking to his assistant about some other stuff instead of attending to me. |

Hi. I had braces when I was 14, and I am now 22. I am still wearing my removable retainers on my top teeth but the dentist I went to did not put on permanent retainers on my lower teeth. I'm wondering if I should have them installed onto my teeth since I just had my wisdom teeth removed and my lower front teeth feel very weird now. I'm worried they might move and shift to new positions. I just spent RM900 on my wisdom teeth extraction, so I'm wondering if there are any cheap options for permanent retainers for my lower teeth. Thanks

why not opt for removal lower retainers? fix retainers tend to trap food and you can't use floss too....
Cherrie.... did you check out the lady orthodontists couple of doors from PJ orthodontic? she's pretty gentle..... I routinely refer ortho cases to her and Dr Lee(PJ ortho)..... |

Can I know how much is it? My lower front teeth feel weird after my wisdom teeth extraction it would give me a peace of mind if I know they are not shifting.Cherrie.... did you check out the lady orthodontists couple of doors from PJ orthodontic? she's pretty gentle..... lower front teeth will shift at about 20-30 years old.... nuthin to do with wisdom teeth.... this is due to remodelling of the lower jaw that coz it to move forward slightly....

normally it causes lower front teeth to rotate a little..... most ppl will experience this.... having perfectly straight teeth when they were teenager then the lower front teeth become 'not so straight' over time till 30 years old....
