Actually Bear2 is hoping government will help him bulldozer the property price back to 2012 value, as he believe the majority aka the Malay society cannot afford to pay for current property price, I told him the rich Malay have no problem, while the middle income can still afford as there are Bumi unit, Malay Reserved Land project, govt project, Rumah WIP, states govt projects & etc, As for the lower income group can rent govt flat or live in kampung area.

Bear2 deem the Malay are less affordable group sure will go pressure the govt to put harsher term on Developers & Bank to Bulldozer property market to crash, but when you show him a middle income Malay buyer can sapu 2 unit Amaya & rented out with 6~7% rental yields, proof his theory wrong, as even Malay society had no problem owning & invest in property, while as a Chinese he still houseless, Mana nak letak air muka Beruang Dia...kakakaaaka

Bear bear, I really don't understand what the hell you're doing so far, with your current age, you shouldn't be clean sheet and should achieve something. Even Jason have better attitude n direction than you, somemore he's much younger.
Are you kaki Lepak? Buy a property especially own stay is damn easy n simple, what the hell you're doing so far? Did your parent Diuu 9 lei everyday?

Value are constantly increasing, just like nasi lemak selling for RM 1 two years ago but selling RM 1.5 now, is same quality but that the price you have to pay for it & that's the value of it.

You PAMA land in Kampung Baru Sri Kembangan is 5K quality on what, why wanna sell so high price ? Sell for 5K lah Stupid.

Value and quality does not corresponde? How a 300k work quality upgraded to 500k? Prop getting older.. paints getting less toner.. smells getting obvious.. what else

Single storey at Tmn tayton Cheras 1st hand was 30k only 20-30 years ago, old material n design, now already 400k, please go n tell the owner their property is only 30k quality, don't sell at 400k tongue.gif

Haha. Actually I target for mix population area. I think you only referring to my Nadayu 92. Actually Nadayu 92 isnt a Malay area despite closer to Bangi rather than Kajang.

It is actually under Kajang address which is a chinese majority area. The taman itself is bought by a chinese majority. not malay. but we still have a sizeable malay buyers there.

on alam impian, yeah it is under shah alam address (which you can assume to be a majority malay populated area) but the unit i bought was pentas. pentas is bought by chinese majority too. some bumi quota even released to non bumi. masih tak cukup lagi. non bumi in waiting list to buy pentas series. fyi.

I am not stating a point or anything. just correcting your statement. other areas that i bought are clearly chinese majority areas with mix population. oh ya, land wise all bumi. coz non bumi land not many. cool.gif

I m asking to sell 30k? I am asking 10 to 20% discounts from market asking inflated price.. you jokers still profit lehhh..

It is a fact.. what.. 3 years or 2 years vp got that price? Tayton.. connaught dofferent 30 years...

if such history were to occur again.. ppl still leave new launch with low entry? You also allow it it unsold ..

with the recent aviation disasters and flooded states, i predict next year insurance company gonna get more business than any others.

food price i dunno, me myself also headache now. recession proof business i think some of them gonna be slower (eatery) but telecommunication and education will just go straight ahead.

next year is really a challenging year. property? tak tau.
