Remind me of one of my friends, she will make everyone surrounding her know she do a donations, Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, Whatapps Group chat, she will make sure she post pictures of the this she donate, Pictures of cash she donate, pictures of her in the centre, pictures of Her passing the donations, pictures of the receiver thanking her doh.gif

Basically just make sure the whole world know she donate something.

But in real world she is not a very nice person to be with...lol

Reason she to do so because she in terminal illness previously, & the Tokong advise her to donate more to prevent bad things happened to her in futures.

Hi tnang. my ayu impian rented out long2 time ago already. 2+1 years but fyi, rental too low liao. the people there dont control the market. bad2

Dun worry amaya 13 months.. assuming amaya rent out .. there are shop aoartmwnts 30 plus and other resi owner havent rent..

u lapse 17 months no rent... rent at 18 months u covering loss for the 1st 17 months.. I.e 1.5 years..

mb on the 4 years only rental yield be calclated after minusing tnb.. grills.. quit rents and etc miscelkeanous

today u very heat.. last night sleep late ah

Rental is very low there, agent offer me 690k for prima. But jati i also rent out, only breakeven. Your alam impian good? I remember you cause i queue for impian but miss it.
