Why owner wanna sell to you at 10-20% discount ? Why wanna deliberately make less profit ? what if other buyer willing to buy with 5-9% discount or those willing to pay owner asking price, why wanna sell to you ? what about owner can rent it out why wanna cut profit ? many owner can afford to leave it vacant & pay mortage, surely inflation factor will kick in, eventually people will accept the asking price as new launching getting more & more expensive.

You cannot afford you berambus lah ! plenty people line behind can afford & willing to pay.

Yesterday went to talk by MCT GM. Generally it was a sales pitch. However, speaker is very confident that market will UUU, and will never DDD based on market trends in KV. Slow down maybe, but developers will adjust to it (e.g sell back mass type properties instead of branding). Speaker even encourages to BBB if not for ownself can leave a legacy for your kids.

Developer also confident that market won't kantoi in the near future. Any comments from bearbearwong?

Actually the trends is already that way now, lot's of mega project targeting sub 500K market now, you can even see many developer joint venture with DBKL launching Rumah WIP (Partly Govt Partly Private), Developer are not stupid lah ! They know exactly how to play the games, shrinked the size, increase the density, bring down the price to 400-500K sure can sell, as many mid range buyer been waiting outside the gate for a long times, bulk buyers can again sapu a dozen or 2 ...lol
