Whatever he cannot do he will pretend didn't see & siam, previously he says will buy after budget bulldozer & OPR increased, now change to after GST 2015, don't be surprised later siam again to end 2015 then 2016 & so on.

60% nett income depends how much is your income, for me those who have nett income below 10K try sticked to 1/3 nett income upon VP rule of thumb, offcoz if back mountain sibeh strong this rule need not apply.

One need to do own evaluation on onw financial capability mah, don't see people hantam you also die2 hantam, like that Beruang Kuning meh .. Kekeke

U still got 6 months to practise how to get use to live with the balance 40%. I dont like to repay my loan over very long period so every months i also pay more than required sum, gradually increase hardly will feel anything.
