properties inflated till 300k above , properties which are bought 300k below, is not the bench mark , they have room to drop due to 100% appreciation, current vp units especially those 400k above only enjoy their self calling of 50%, if drop 20-30%, plus their cost of holding 10%, left with 20% , that is provided buyers wanted to buy

most of the case 300k bench mark will have a lot of room s to drop, but also older properties, losing in concept , modernity , new, and etc...

basically, just buy any new launch also you will enjoy at least 10-20% upon vp, I think there is no need for you to dictate, new launch are still in bulk out there, like Lakeville Mahsing, selling 600k, been told to touch million upon vp,

1) there are certain category of props like those 300k below type ones, their instalments rates was coincidently falls within the optimum rental rates 1.3k to 2k, but some student full area can go up 3k like PV setapak.. as such when these are being inflated upwards, they have room to deflate /afford to drop , times you bought 300k props and below are very behind in concpet, modernity and etc..

2) it is DDD, as property never goes down but up according to the investors..

Most advice are to corrupt and make believe there is hope in prop.. buy now or pay more.. u ask the flippers buy back the price they sold.. wave middle finger at you..

Some worse.. cant let off their past history.. 200k prop self call to 500k though are in par with 500k purchase like old pj dsl..

some even say economy good that y need QE .. what else?
