Yeah, I agree on that, shortest route and least toll. Traffic should be improved after MRT completed. However, don't think the jam along Jalan Loke Yew will have a cure..

So, if EKVE + SUKE + AKLEH is completed, that will be superb for those who works around KLCC area.

For those who work around Dataran Merdeka, I think Lekas - Saga - Jln Cheras - Loke Yew still the best route...


SUKE should be started very soon.. EKVE most likely still in the land acquisition stage...

My parents stay at Mahkota Cheras, I rent at Seputeh. Once a while (usually monday) travel from Mahkota Cheras will jam all the way to mid valley...

Mahkota Cheras is about 20 minutes away Lekas Semenyih toll.. From BMC to Grand Saga sometime a challenging task during morning rush hour too..

You work near Mid Valley?

1-1.5 hour from Lekas Semenyih to Midvalley during morning rush period I think is unavoidable, unless you want to depart early.

As share by bro treehill, from cheras perdana to MV also about 55 minutes to 1 hour too..

Which way you choose, exit Grand Saga after Batu 11 toll or inner garden road (BTHO-Anggerik-Len Sen) exit at Cheras Senral? How long it take for each one?

I work at Menara TM. Totally agreed escaping BMC traffic light is a challenging task.
Is coming out from semenyih as challenging as well?
If I choose to stay Semenyih will my life become 6am-9pm...?

Developer got absorb stamp duty on MOT mou? If yes, fast2 perfect it la coz some developer very sombong, once individual title is issued, they do not consent for a direct transfer later

SP Setia is building Ecohill link that will connect to LEKAS directly without the need to go to Jalan Semenyih.

Within 5 minutes of travel, you already reach Kajang Perdana area... Traffic will be fairly smooth along the way till Batu 9 toll. All roads are at least 2 lanes and only have 1 traffic light near saujana impian area. Traffic along this stretch normally no problem.

The nightmare starts after batu 9 toll.. I think even you stay in Cheras also will face the same problem...

So you work in Bangsar? Normally how long it takes from your rented house in Seputeh to Bangsar during peak hour?

Journey starts from Telekom there and I use KL road all the way down and then use jalan syed putra to reach Midvalley. I tried this 3 times while another 2 times I used grand saga cheras-kajang then exit to tmn connaught then all the to Midvalley. Both ways also jam and time taken also about the same. For the KL way, regardless of whether I use the contra lane or non-contra lane also jam. Still at the end can reach midvalley within 60minutes. Btw, that was last week of Sep 2014 where is non-school holiday period. I was there in Midvalley for training that lasted 1 week.

If next time from ecohill-lekas exit no jam till cheras batu 11 toll then i guess 15mins can reach telekom there. Total journey to midvalley shld be abt 1 hour and 15/20mins

Itu macam kena gamble de. Pray hard for the developer to consent to a direct transfer lo. If by then the developer die die dun wanna consent, then only u enter into 2 MOT simultaneously

Good news for phase 1 precinct 1 owners. Guard house and fencing are confirmed as is already approved by MPKJ. The fencing will be behind the waterway and I guess it will be fenced up by VP time. The empty land behind the guard house confirmed got 1 small playground area and there will be a multipurpose court.

If kids study in SRJK Sin Ming or Semenyih, no matter how, if one to send kid before work, will sure need to go Jalan Semenyih, right? Any shortcut?

Bro, I foresee the traffic at jalan semenyih would improve once the ecohill-lekas link is ready coz some traffic will be diverted to this link.. Also, i doubt there is a shortcut. If u go semenyih next time u can try to use waze to check the different route
