Thats very good news, so now phase 1 is confirmed with fence and guarded....how about the pond? Its inside or outside the fence?

Waterway is outside the fencing coz according to SPS is a public area. That 1 nothing we can do... Just hope ppl wont throw rubbish into it and appreciate the green environment in Ecohill.

In the SPA got mention MOT will be absorbed? I think for phase 1 buyers, SEH say MOT will absorb, but only verbally. I really hope they will keep their promise.. TKJ mentioned before, Schedule G SPA is a standard document, so what being mentioned in SPA is MOT is going to be pay the purchaser. So wondering for phase 2 buyers, is there is any statement "MOT absorbed by developer" is mentioned in the SPA?...

Guard house and perimeter fencing is expected shall be in place, as I mentioned many times, if Pelangi Semenyih by MKH can get it, I really can't think of any reason SEH by SPS cannot get it. Anyhow getting confirmation from MPKJ is indeed a good news... KUDOS TO THE SEH TEAM.... SEH shall prepare the guard house + perimeter fencing for the DSL buyers... I think later RA can consider to install the CCTV and AgilFence PIDS system as well (if budget is available), so that DSL security will be on par with the presint 2 & 3.....
