Dear Palmwalker, am not gonna go into Phase 1 and Phase 2 debate but as for the far in distance; I would like to view it that glass is half full than half empty.

Wouldnt playing with the community enhance the kids development as well as breed a stronger bond - I personally believe, it will be key to the future of a better community if there is a central park for kids to play around and for residents to gather and chat about.

Just my 5 sen.

Hi Darween, I think you've got a point on the bonding part but i believe what Palmwalker wants is somewhere can be called safer for the kids or folks inside the residential to be around and also should it be inside the compound would be better managed? Just my thought.

I love the Parc as well cuz its really nice but few years down the road not sure how its gonna be as I saw most of the public parks are well damaged.

Look at those flats area, which park was not damaged?

I believe most of the ppl still have those mentality, "its not mine, I dont care" tongue.gif tongue.gif tongue.gif

One more thing is like perhaps its because SPS current plan like excluding P1 from P2 and P3 and thats why created some doubts and insecurities ?

Yeah, possibility the security and maintenance could be in question. But, really, I think we are getting more educated day by day and global warming is something that most of us are aware off.

Lets hope that people will be mindful and there will be adequate signage for people to clear up their shit. Easier said than done but with right communication and education, this certainly can be done.

I think the master plan is clear on the landscape and facilities.

Presint 2 with the most lakes / parks and landscape spreading across the presint. Private access.

Presint 3 with one major park / lake and great landscapes behind the Tralas units. Private access.

Presint 1 with one major park (The PARC), some small park and few waterways spreading across the presint. Mostly public access.

All presints have their own landscape attractions, just presint 1 is not as exclusive as those in presint 2 and 3.

Bro Darween, yes, the PARC is for ALL. But after the completion of the oriental garden in presint 3, I think the chances you come to the PARC will be very rare, unless for certain event or for the spectacular top hill view. rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

Did you took your loan from this Vincent?
I am not sure if I remember correctly, but I do have one Vincent, CIMB, based around Kajang,Bangi, Semenyih, Cyberjaya. (Can’t remember which).
However after multiple checks, I found out the CIMB branch he was representing is not panel bank (apparently they go by bank and branch). This can be confirmed via SP Setia list of panel banks and bankers)

So, I called him up and he tried to explain to me but couldn’t convince me.
Subsequently I didn’t liaise with him.

The reason I would advise caution here is because only the panel bank (and likely branch) will have the documents related to the project, smoothing up the loan process.
Other branch may get access, but will have difficulties to request such documents from the panel branch.
There’s an occasion where the loan officer came back to me requesting for additional documents which the panel branch refused to share, and subsequently I had to do the bulk of the work.
In the end I figured out it doesn’t work the additional hassle that I was going through.
