Outside the house need to clean up, landscape etc etc.
Then need to finish up the parks.

If deliver just the house only, later u people kpkb again say no this no that, pay so much get peanuts.
Chill la wei, give them a bit time to finish the house leng leng for u.

Not everyone will think like you one.
Some ppl not rich will need to think thrice to fork out extra 2-300.
Those are the one will likely say no.

For most normal average salaryman, the rule of thumb is simple, feed the family, settle all fees, anything extra only think about it.
With GST and cost of living all time high, alot ppl will suffer and likely say no...

try it after 6-9 months moving in.

The fact is that when SEH sent SMS early in the morning, most of the people who put up effort to go, queue, skip work, MC are the genuine buyers.
There would be some flippers, no doubt, but I think it is outnumbered by the own stayers.

Assuming A bought the house for flipping. Upon completion he see that the area is nicely developed and landscaped and has a good environment for is family to stay.
He would be tempted to move in, but of course will consider some factors such as schools nearby, amenities and traffic jam and what not.
