I have shared this ascotte boulevard thread before.

All the way from bangsar to Nottingham university in Semenyih.

From federal highway till Semenyih, only one toll (batu 11) and one traffic light in front of Saujana impian.

Time taken from Federal highway till Petronas Jalan Semenyih only about 27 minutes, but from Petronas Semenyih toll Nottingham uni takes about 18 minutes... This shows how important the Ecohill link could be..

It shall depend on individual preference... When the Ecohill link is opened in future, we actually can totally skip Jalan Semenyih, which is notorious for its traffic jam.. Perhaps you can try to travel to Semenyih more frequently to analysis whether you could adapt to such travel..

yes, planning side, i agree is 10 yrs behind cbj, but population i think cbj is 10 yrs behind...

cbj are good, but no people wanna stay there... is it too good? or too high end? so not so many ppl staying in cbj?

it is expensive and not too many choices before 2012. Since then many projects launched and most of them should deliver in a year or 2. PRIMA also coming in now so population should grow.

I owe a condo unit too in cyber which delivered last year. a year later its 80% occupancy rate now, out of total 600units.

People willing to stay given the right type of project and price.

People need to understand, previously Cyberjaya dumb plan is to make it MNC heaven, now only they started change to residential.. while Semenyih is already a establish township. how to compare la population...

Agreed. Should wait these major on going projects complete then can see population. Personally I really like CBJ more although some ppl think it's far from kl but the feeling is more peaceful and surrounded by MNC, education colleges.. CBJ also very near to subang, Puchong, USJ ...

The party continues - 1 USD = RM 4.12 today.
Last week was 4.00 only. My cyberjaya units dropped value? Nvm la... Due to the drop in RM I saved 30%++ for each Malaysian mortgage. Lol

Note - this is like a fire sales and I dun think RM will permanently like this. Mainly due to US increasing interest rate and slump of oil n gas pricing. So the game plan is to pay off Malaysian mortgage and put it aside lo smile.gif

You keep few million cash RM right? Wakakaka... U should be the one worry then.

Cyberjaya foods is more expensive, but going to neighbor Dengkil can get cheap food. Cyberjaya should be nice to stay in since still tranquility feeling.

I can only think of serin and dpulze apartment...both seem quite succesfull with unique concept of its own 😏

The arc coming in 2nd of those two...at night i passby see many lights on...

Attraction is newer unit and rental rate oso just slightly higher than old cyberia in front...

Aside from those three i heard the domain studio quite struggling to rent out. Even cyberia oso competition for tenant quite challenging now.

I think they like the ample space, low density crowd and non hectic life. Quite quality leaving but doesnt come cheap...

Food, movies, gorceries is a cut above the rest in terms of cost...

For me 100% investment wise view personal bias i prefer puchong and shah alam...

My shah alam apartment market value increase to 350-380k in just barely 3 years from 218k...

How come you know ? rclxub.gif sweat.gif I keep the small Ringgit as FD in order to borrow the Rm loan in singkabo and convert some to Sterling and USD2.2mil in malai si ah

Now waiting 4.12 and convert 1/3 to Rm to repay singkabo RM loan. Nanti I show you the convert again. ok or not? but question Boleh reach 4.12? rclxm9.gif
