Honestly im in a jmb right now and any of us jmb wouldnt dare to implement such racist house rules...
However to keep them in check i suggest jmb do tenant profiling and sent immigration dept chek up from time to time...or even alert authorities if they detect some dodgy tenants... |

Ya wei nowadays mthly maintenance fee rm350 and above is a normal rate for apartment/condo

Guys, is Cyberjaya City Centre MRT station project is still ON or cancel?
http://www.mrt.com.my/ssp/Cyberjaya_City_Centre_Station.htm A station there would be nice for us residence as the location is much nearer to central area residents to hop on rather than the north side near to MCT Skypark |
