I can only think of serin and dpulze apartment...both seem quite succesfull with unique concept of its own 😏

The arc coming in 2nd of those two...at night i passby see many lights on...

Attraction is newer unit and rental rate oso just slightly higher than old cyberia in front...

Aside from those three i heard the domain studio quite struggling to rent out. Even cyberia oso competition for tenant quite challenging now.

I think they like the ample space, low density crowd and non hectic life. Quite quality leaving but doesnt come cheap...

Food, movies, gorceries is a cut above the rest in terms of cost...

For me 100% investment wise view personal bias i prefer puchong and shah alam...

My shah alam apartment market value increase to 350-380k in just barely 3 years from 218k...

Honestly im in a jmb right now and any of us jmb wouldnt dare to implement such racist house rules...

However to keep them in check i suggest jmb do tenant profiling and sent immigration dept chek up from time to time...or even alert authorities if they detect some dodgy tenants...

To drive there is near and cheap...

But erl ticket to putrajaya back and forth is expensive...

Per month i think u will spend near rm600 just for erl tix.

Try to enquire putrjaya thr if u can bought mthly pass

Ya wei nowadays mthly maintenance fee rm350 and above is a normal rate for apartment/condo

Belum kira some nige g&g lagi
