I think I am crazy.
I have moved my family from KLCC condo to a landed house (renting) in cyberjaya while waiting SEG to VP. Love the clean air, peaceful, serenity, quiet and traffic free lifestyle within the suburb.
Kids love cycling around the area, attending music lessons in yamaha (D Pulze), wife going to IOI resort mall shopping and myself only 15mins to airport n 15mins to Jln tun razak (with my F10). Lol

Can we reject both option and request them to follow what they have promise?

If want superb return, go invest super low cost apartment, or super good commercial

No point to make one time lump sum payment for property in Malaysia

Either continue to invest or do business

People need to understand, previously Cyberjaya dumb plan is to make it MNC heaven, now only they started change to residential.. while Semenyih is already a establish township. how to compare la population...

Visited there. But didnt realise the uneven part. Could be the darker color tone make the uneven surface more obvious? I experienced it with the dark color condo too... not easy. Back to Liu Li, quite ok to me after ronda ronda there.

I entered a few weeks ago, parked along the road outside and just walked past the guard house to my unit... took pics wonder when we will get the keys.

i was really looking forward to staying there, but this year instead of cj, my office is kl sentral! thinking whether i should even keep the liu li unit. very heartbroken.

Will you roof the open area too? I was wondering if possible. Don't fancy it being open to the elements.

Tried that last Sat, driving from Lepironia Garden via newly open interchange to :-
1). ERL is 7mins (no speeding).
2). Sri Petaling (15mins).
3). Mid valley 25mins.
