From the pictures on the master layout, those would be mid high rise condominium, right? Seems like DPC, they are going for highrise rather than landed and leaving the best landed which are highest price tag to the last phases or when the market improves... |

Excuse me - the distance from cyberjaya to KL is equally the same with semenyih to KL? Google map first la.

I think it's possible cause they want to provide various choices to the buyers and no point keep launching landed since the previous phase hasn't sold out yet.
