Went to the sales gallery just now. The villa is only 20+% booked. Not so convince with the concept.

To say if there are people willing to stay in CBJ or not, lets wait SEG/lakepoint/lakefront VP, then we can see the result. If not mistaken even Semenyih's SEH/EM no people stay yet. LOL
People need to understand, previously Cyberjaya dumb plan is to make it MNC heaven, now only they started change to residential.. while Semenyih is already a establish township. how to compare la population... |
