The price is from 1 mil to 1.5 mil. So with all the discounts/rebates I think it's still hard to go down to 700k right? hmm.gif

If anyone is interested to buy any Setia project, I'm willing to share introducer fees. Just to put it out there. I didn't know this thing existed when I purchased my unit so rugi there. I think it 2% but got to check.

I got this text from a Setia staff. Wonder how they can make IOK more appealing when there are still quite a number of units unsold and this new launch is landed with up to 22% discount some more. Corner unit after bumi discount is 8XXk. Sure most will choose landed?

Waalau, Aril after discount is around Rm661k for non bumi.
If MOT also pau, very good deal for landed.
But the build up rather small and no bedroom downstairs.

Rm802k nett for end lot sounds not bad...too

anyone can confirm? how the crap can SEG drop to 600k level for landed. that is PR1MA level already. Staying in SEG landed now can mean you are staying in PR1MA or a 2million plus landeed. no longer exclusive

SEG landed terrace is only about 1 mil right? Even the latest IOB is around that price if I'm not wrong

No free lunch...nett 660k maybe T Junction? Normally there are few units like this in seg launches. Lower price smallerland and build up..material also all cut lo and no more fancy landscape and green pockets...row by row bare small dal with small clubhouse. Good for ppls who wanna buy seg..also i believe these cheaper units are back facing the highway which is noisy.

Ya mostly correct, those earlier buyers no need to feel disappointed about it.

To me it's like paying cheaper for 318i vs the more expensive 330i
