In the master plan should be High Rise. But this should be the last "Prima of SEG". Isle of Fantasia & Glades of Westlake would be all high end DSL, Semi-D & Bungalow, unless SEG unable to sell this Prima as well.

From the masterplan, i noticed that there are 2 more parcels under the high rise reef of tropics. maybe more affordable dsl coming soon?

Yea should be. Don't think they will launch anything cheaper after this.

We don't know what is coming necxt.
The master plan has changed and from JoG, IoB and RoT, it looks like there will be more changes incoming.

With such uncertainty, don't say investors, even ownstay will have to think carefully.

Setia needs to give clear direction where the township is going.

Haven't talk about the commercial yet.

If i am not mistaken, but this is not from recent event. ROT (I) Highrise, ROT (II) & (III) is Highrise + commercial. After all main island completed. They might change, who knows. Since Cyber condo doing bad. Regret not getting JOG, cheapest DSL in Island.

from 700k nett after discount for 20x70, it is stated in TheEdge last weekend. 3 bedrooms, 1770sf. Discount is 10+5%.. Super cost down version, even the electric supply is single phase only.
Maintenance fee RM200 first 2 yrs, after that try to be maintained at below RM300...

But the house facades, speechless...

Same w any other setia offering, they even getting lazier to even come out with nicer facade..

Really no eye see....

The vision and direction of seg has long go off the rail....

This one much smaller 20x70 = 1400sq.ft land, previous i think around 24x95 = 2280sq.ft of land, so 1 mil+ is about right.

also better landscaping, building materials, fittings and appliances i think
