Maybe It will sell @ lower than 700k. Listing at iprop got a few below 800k for kamares

Looking at the response from Verdi, Serin and Mirage, there is definitely a huge interest in these big size units.
More so since this is in SEG and is super low density.

I'm abit surprised the reserve price is that low.

How much the S&P price of the Harmonia unit (not ground floor unit)?
And nett price after all rebate/discount?

Interesting to see the current demand that will determine the price. If benchmark against Verdi, Mirage, Cristal Serin lelong sale:

Verdi biggest size unit 15xx sqft, launching price probably 900k, lelong transacted price 5xxk.
Mirage by the Lake unit size around 1000 sqft, launching price probably 700k, lelong transacted price 400k.
Cristal Serin unit size 15xx sqft, launching price probably 700k, lelong transacted price 4xxk.


Another newly completed property is from Lakefront Residence by MCT. 1390 sqft, launching price above 600k, lelong price should fall below 400k now. But guess this is slightly lower end standard (not luxury condo), non comparable to the above project. More towards Mutiara Ville high density standard.

I went but didn't take any brochure.
20x70, there's 2 type - 17xxsqft and 19xxsqft. Total 152 units.

Nett price around 800k.

S&P is below 1 million (for corner) with 15% rebate. Depends on which type u choose. Is cheap, because is lower than usual SEG standard. They reduce quality of the material, basic offer and also security package. Last but not least, it is smallest DSL in SEG.
