At 800k this would be one of the lowest price landed in Cyberjaya. Possible the lowest.

From that point of view, it may be worth it.
But the lowest by a small margin only.
If you hunt around and willing to top up Abit there may be better choices. Note the risk.

This also means iok prices will also be depressed.
With Verdi and Serin going for around 480k in the lelong market and now this landed at 800k, iok price should hover around 550k to 600k Between Verdi, Serin and Reef of Tropics.

Landscape based on Sri Lanka tropic design (something like that), no pond & pocket gardes like Isle of Botanica, but i believe they will add something to entice buyer if sales not doing well.

Yes, it is sand brick. Not the red color clay. But no where mention in the brochure yet until officially launch.

dont know the cost difference but this one material cut cost the most, like entire house

Supposed to be site for condo. I think they know too many condo in cyber, change it to landed and maximize the number of units in small parcel, but I still think worth for those looking for own stay. Below 800k probably for bumi discount.

End lot should be below 900k, corner below 1mil. End lot wf 5ft land, corner 10 ft.

Given that, I'll pick IOK if can get at 600+k. Landscape.space and facilities r better, location with least noise pollution and its on the island facing the bund.
