What's the typical amount of maintenance fees lar ? Are they collecting enough money to do a good job on the maintenance ? What is the current quality of maintenance so far ?

Wow even liu li is not very big already. Wonder how small that can be. But bad marketing? Coz public perceive island units as more premium.
And their broucher showed 1.4 1.5m how they managed to reduce till 950k. While some parcel 2.1 2.2m post discount I think 1.9m still

IOB after discount about 1.1m for linked house. Market still slow, only rich ppl go shopping. Their bungalow almost sold out, 12 out of 14 units booked/sold. But linked and semi d still have many units.
