If like u said JOG was 800 plus, it's actually below market price because those normal terrace also at that price at further south.

Any idea any leftover units for JOG

Currently fully sold as last i check. Maybe sub-sale will be available after VP. But most of the buyer i spoke to, bought for own stay.

For JOG (Langdale) intermediate unit, I am not sure the post box and the rubbish post will occupied certain of space on the parking. Saw MCT Cyber South, due to these two posts, caused the original parking space to park two cars, end up only able to park one car.

Setia team please checks first before end up with re-work.
