Getting Started

Hi Everybody! Just put a booking on Lilia of the LEPIRONIA WEST GARDEN. Noticed that there's a Telco transmission tower , I think less than 100 meter from both Lepironia West Garden and Liu Li Garden. Sales person said the tower already been classified as illegal by the authorities and will eventually be moved. But, as I know , since the launch of the project, Setia already said it'll be moved... but till now many years already, there's no sign of moving as yet. Sales person also said they're not sure when it'll be moved.. Wife will not move in with the tower there, as she worries about cancer... Now , really hard decision... if sign S&P, most probably the hand over will be in 2 months time. Including renovation, should be able to move in after CNY... but... should I buy if the tower still there without any confirmation of removing the tower??  headache ...

Wow such a huge illegsl telco tower! A good developer wud have taken d necessary action 2 get it removed via complaints wth d relevant authorities. Mayb u can check wth mcmc 2 get d answer

If u have such headache, why still proceed to buy. Get other units that are not close to this tower. Many subsales to choose. I dont think it will be easy to get it removed. U should just give let the sales person know if this tower is not removed, no new buyers will buy. Let Setia be pressured to talk to the telcom company

You want high speed mobile and internet yet u dont want to see the tower.....
Such a hard life....
I tend to believe cancer more to do with what put in yr mouth than via skin.

But I think 100 meters away is ok la. Either that buy hse lose wife oso ok geh.

Worry about the potential cancer that might come from everyday usage of your smartphones first before this tower

If wife don't want move, drop it otherwise life gonna be hard after that. Bit agreed food and smartphone more likely create greater damage to us

Seems the new launch is priced better than the old ones. Hmm means we made a mistake by buying previously? As in SEG price is.not moving?

Liu li 26x95 - subsales Rm 1mil - Rm 1.3mil. New launch JOG 22x80 - Rm 1mil. Any cash rich buyer will definitely go for Liu li. Good for ppls wanna lower abs price but it wont damage the subsales market..in fact this will readjust n push the subsales better if it is undervalue...to see i see sps good move for both new n old buyer.
