Sejati is 3 storey and very big build up. For those that prefer big unit size, Sejati has better offerings than SEG. Their semi D and bungalow also is much bigger. Sejati's landscape also very well kept and it has a quieter surroundings than SEG. But that's for now la...later on when have Kenwingston and Mydin up at their doorstep, things might change.
