Show unit on actual site is ready. I went for their raya open house yesterday and visited the show unit.

Anyway, wanted to ask if non island owners have access to the bund or it's exclusive for island owners?

saw their booth at IOI City Mall starproperty fair.
quite impressive but 800k+ after rebate is a bit over my budget..

Visited their latest condo show unit in the actual site Isle of Kamares and truly impressed with the stunning view, resort feel water front living lifestyle.

The landscape at setia ecoglades is at par if not better than desa parkcity.

went to visit the sales gallery just now.. they offered quite good package.. but the SA is kinda blur and not so professional.. staffs in the mock up unit also dont bother to layan customers who are visiting
