U must wonder why ppl still pay premium for such lake.

Actually i wont even called them lake. Its just a glorified monsoon drainage system.......same w seg.

Oh well SEG is much better I would. Most of the island units can enjoy the same lake view, not just premium units. These are daily photos taken from other SEG owners, credit to them smile.gif

paint brush or not..it is definitely not teh tarik. Need to go there to see it yourself..for those who are interested. Ecopark...majority bungalows have no lake access or view.

If u see ecopark brochure also no teh tarik waterscene lah.....the power of paint brushing.

Ecopark got 2700 units of smd zero lot n bungalow leh...
How to have majority of units facing or back facing lake?
Beside its backing into bukit cahaya, not flat palm oil estate land......like seg.

Ecopark concept is not the same as ecoglade. Even ecoglade want to be like ecopark also cannot bcos of different topographic.

Overall landscape in SEG is better however in term of quality community SEP takes the lead - mainly are own stay professional, bzman and MNC director or public listed owner.

True true. And recently I see more owners moving in on the island units, which is a good sign. Perhaps when the SRJK© Union is ready early next year, we will see much more owners moving in.

Loving this SEG master planning. But went to see Kamares moved show units to the actual site. I totally cannot accept how SPS did the finishes for the common area so on and so forth, it looks very cheap and totally not reflecting their works. Fire escape staircases are unfinished or using some cheap ceramic tiles, the matte coated straight railing looked dirty and worn off ! I call it the clash of design as there are a lot of inconsistency. For end lots, the facing of opposite unit is pretty near although you have that classical garden design. Steps at the central garden design looks like dalmations in the house. Besides, there is no proper refuse chamber on each floor - they should do the Singapore style, discard to the main chamber right from the internal unit itself . YOu pretty much need to bring the rubbish to the ground floor yourself, sigh. Have a look if want to know more.

RM800k++ for 1400sqft , what a waste sigh !!! Really like the island concept grrrrrrrr. Parking is pretty good , good accessibility and each unit comes with 2 car parks.

Indeed is pretty much occupied and the lake, streetscapes and landscape are very well maintained so far. For landed, they do not have much facilities though. So the island would be more interesting as there is man made beach, tonnes of water features, jogging tracks etc.

Now is still by developer. I dont think public can access, can see from distance la. Each zones for respective owners, they cant cross over too.

U r comparing landed on island unit with low rise condo? Or mainland unit wf island units?

Facilities wise, mainland has the same too except that they don't have the island type of lake. Lepironia has their own water features too which is very beautiful.
