I'm wondering, any idea who owns the land next to MCT's Lakefront development (which is opposite SEG or right behind Lepironia Gardens) and what kind of development will it be? Also will the Persiaran Semarak Api road be linked to the Lingkaran Putrajaya highway in the near future?

If not mistaken belongs to the bandar nusaputra developer. Their existing developed project is near the bridge that collapsed last time. The piece u highlighted also is theirs.

And I don't think the road there will link to lingkaran putrajaya highway. If any road extension there it will be a bridge to cross the highway into puchong (near the pool villas by Metrogen).

I see, thanks for the info bro. If there's a bridge across the highway I think the road will be a busy stretch in the near future. Also if the Bandar Nusaputra developer were to build more high-rise residential buildings next to MCT it will kind of be a high concrete jungle towering over Lepironia Gardens, unless they are planning for some gated eco-residential development instead.

Can foresee traffic will be bad for this community
