Own stay or investment? Loves the concept in SEG but not sure can make case for investment

Ownstay n big unit..low density...nice place to live...no doubt. Seg still the best development in cyber. If u drive around there and cyber, you will notice it.

Investment..everywhere also need to wait and hold...be it cyberjaya, melawati, klcc, rawang, timbatu lol...all need to hold now....no different in which area.

Mind telling me which block?
At RM935K, I believe it is the inner / garden view block with 1414sqf

The rebates or discount is very similar to their promotion last year.

Anyway, after rebates price it is very attractive and for own stay or retirement home, I believe this is the best.
Currently there isn't a product that is close to what IOK has to offer in the market.

A unique product that appeals to a niche market hence it will likely hold it's value in the long term.

You be surprise to find chinese food (yes with pork), mall (dpulze), cinema, starbucks, fast food, banks etc. the potential is huge! It's no longer the cyber that everyone is saying. The cons: too many high rise condo in cyber so might not be wise for investment sake and I heard there's already 1 abandon project near to SEG.
