Well there are few angles to look.at things...

1. Value for money....good time to pick up dead chicken
2. Previously overpriced - they cant moved the stock at existing price...hence heavy discounted now...previous buyers kena screwed kau kau backside.
3. Market in cyber is seriously overhang. Need time to adjust. This perhaps not limiting to cyber...

Its unknown for setia to give above 10% rebate anywhere...even the so called failed place setia alam by so many forumers here didnt (need) to give 20% rebate to entice buyers.....maybe their setia residences will need some incentives...

The rebates has been the same since day 1 for the condo parcel. It's their strategy to entice buyers with more than 2 props. So nobody backside bleeding for now. Future I don't know lol.

Yes but I "sai lang" to Canal City ady. Too bad otherwise SEG is a very good option.

Hahaha..dont be jealous. If you can afford, buy it. As you know that nowadays RM1m is nothing, most condos are sold at range of RM800 to RM1.2M. Moreover, its a landed property with conservation in mind on trees and environment. Now we are talking about infrastructure per sq. ft. when imputing the value of properties. The roads are wide and landscaping along the way to SEG is awesome. Look at the infrastructure of other projects, house size so huge, ugly, poor neighborhood and quite an eye-sore.
