If I recall correctly, SEG has 15 phases to be launch.
Currently Kamares is their 8 phase I think, so they are only at the half way if the total development

Still a long way to go and lots of exciting phases to come.

may i know why is liu li garden subsale is 1.1 m whereby from the developer website, starting price is 1.6m? am i missing something here?

LiuLi subsale is attractive, about rm 100k+ compared 2012, but more for Own Stay smile.gif

setia only got corner or units with big ass land available., and before the high rebate..hence the high price.

1.1 subsale is intermediate lots. can parang summore.....earlier buyers cough solid red blood......give ang poh for you if you buy.

SEG long term sure making beautiful profits.. because mostly people mind are still flooded with cyberjaya are too far, and ghost town and nothing there.. and those people are never been there by themselves or maybe visited cyberjaya 20 years ago.. when mahathir launch cyberjaya that time...

When more and more people move in, good news will spread fast, especially when friends visit you in cyberjaya, and they will notice the goodies of cyberjaya.. and will fall in love with it... so just wait for it to blossom..

most of my friends have changed their perception on cyberjaya after few visit here. MEX hwy is really awesome which cut through the traveling duration tremendously.
Landed like SEG with good living environment costs only Rm 1mil - value for money!
I think cyber has most of the good element now except waiting the SRJK C by 2018.

Many buyers of seg lui li garden phase 1 are flippers...
In desperate time like now...they will have to sell low to reinvest their capitals.

This has nothing to do with travel time to kul or blossom of seg.

Phase 2 mostly ownstayers.
