Better compare apple to Apple leh, if want eat zhap fan also quietly tapao n go back home enjoy at SEG. SEG segmentation and owner there won't favour for just zhap fan la..although is basic needs

Bro soros no doubt that setia eco park is a nice place to raise up the family, as this town ship is the in between all the mature Township like Klang, shah alam, n others. Well comparing seg and sep I would say both town ship have different concept and both have its pros too. But never the less let see how seg final product would turn out to be.

For sep, going any where is near and the road infrastructure I would grad it welly plan if we compare new town planning. Heading to their sp mall, the tesco commercial area, n never th less food wise u have plenty of choice.

Just that sep give you a peaceful stay n away from the bustling city life and kids is free to roam around, the gateless concept is so well accepted n feel great without all the grills, have to give the thumb up for the security system n guard too.

But I really like to stroll around seeing all those zero lot bangalow n seeing their own final design once they completed building up.

Waiting for the charm to get vp n have a look at their island different concept hehe.

Looking at the progress I doubt they can complete everything on Dec to give vp. Unless just like the recent happen incident, just vp and you can't manage to do reno,as the road works, environment surrounding still got tons of work to do.

If you like the concept and cyberjaya area can go for it. Considering the infrastructure around the area and peaceful living. But with the price tag actually can get eco world limited edition park homes mellowood.

Never the less I like the kamares low density, with 12 unit per block and it's garden concept. There is one particular block which is near to the fountain n away from other block too, and beside it have the quiet park.

bro the best option i would put this situation is to let SP setia appointed contractor to rectify it. Never the less all of us as home owner would prefer a problem free house to stay in a peace of mind, just sabar sabar for a while. Hope they can solve the issue for you, as our new house still under warranty.

The other option is ask them to give you a few option what can it be done, before confirm which option is best suitable for you to accept the solution.

Really no doubt about it , bro Soros. When ppl talk about unique development in cyberjaya, SEG sure is highlighted. Same goes as other places such as Setia Alam / Semenyih / Canal City/ n Etc. Each of this place have it's own gems which reflect the area. I'm looking forward when SEG is fully build and mature slowly.
