FMK hasnt announce the interim increment for "eligible" staff at G?

KHAW kinda made some announcement to M's staff about it though.

But i doubt the increment is any higher. To be frank, I would rather skip the increment, and get lesser workload

the last jump was terrible. This is by far my worst peak... WORST!

the fact that i am still here posting a message rings a bell.. on a bloody JUNE..! we have only a few June year end accounts by the way.

no offense here bro. but given that your girlfriend has up to adv. diploma, it would be quite hard to apply for big 4 as its applicants, on a majority basis (if not whole), already possess at least a degree or a degree + MBA (australian grads). Would be a tough call for her to compete with the graduate applicants.

however, they might consider your girlfriend's previous work experience and might recruit her based on that as well. personally, i see no harm in trying to apply for big 4 if that's what she wants. a degree is just an easier passport to securing an interview, but it all depends on your performance in the interview that counts...as i've seen my first class honours friend who had been rejected by the big 4

Technically cannot curse my boss cos performance appraisal is coming and need his feedback and far from happy cos being f@#&*^. 80% seniors left for greener pasture. Some juniors off for acca & icaew. And whole family just left me for vacation cos leave was not approved. Sarcasm is my only weapon now

Hmm, do you have any idea if 6 months after AA1 is eligible for promotion? (Although I highly doubt so), but then, is increment only possible?

Or only those promoted will have increment?

Just received announcement from HOD, but no increment mentioned, more on June promotion is back! Certainly good news for the firm, i.e 2 promotion cycles per year.

hi to all the sifus.. i joined EY on 1st March.. and the promotion period is on Oct.. does anyone know whether i will be eligible for promotion.. im just a first level associate but i came in with two months experience in another big 4..
